What appears on your invoices
Invoices are always charged in US dollars. This only changes the figure you see.

What you offer, what it costs and how long it takes
The price and length show on your booking page, and the price fills itself in when you raise an invoice. Leave a price blank if it varies.

Online booking
Let patients book themselves from a link — no phone call
Put this on the clinic website, the Instagram bio and the WhatsApp auto-reply.
Already taking bookings somewhere else? Paste that link here and MedVision will send patients to it — in reminders, confirmations and the WhatsApp auto-reply.
Leave this empty to keep using the MedVision link above.
Patient payments
How patients settle their invoices
Tick every one you accept — the invoice page shows them all.
Your own link, from Stripe, Telr, Tap or whoever you use. Make it once — every invoice reuses it.
If your provider takes the amount in the link
Some providers let the amount travel in the web address. Write {amount}, {invoice} or {name} where they go and each invoice fills them in, so the patient’s payment page opens with the figure already there.
Example: https://pay.telr.com/clinic?amount={amount}&ref={invoice}
If yours does not — Stripe Payment Links, for instance — leave it plain. The invoice page shows the amount and the invoice number right above the button.
Each one gets its own line on the invoice page, with a copy button, so nobody retypes an IBAN by hand. The amount and invoice number are added for you.
Connections
How the clinic sends and receives — set up once, used everywhere
Connect the clinic's own Gmail or Outlook. Reminders come from their real address and replies land in their inbox — nothing to set up in DNS.
Automatic messages
Sent in the clinic's name, written and approved for you
Appointment reminders
Sent automatically before every appointment
Hours before the appointment. Two is usually right — one early enough to rebook, one on the day.
